albuca setosa questions-what is flowering size?

I obtained bulbs of a. setosa from a friend here, and apparently these bulbs remain small. Has anyone brought these to flower? I would like to hear the details, especially the size of the bulbs of course.

IS this the flower? Yes, albuca setosa bulbs are about 200 - 300 mm diameter :) they can do it.A way to make sure you have exact species is to by from specialist seller, like Bulbophile or Seeds by Post

My setosa bulbs have sent up flowering spikes, but it's hard to determine if the flowers actually open or not, even under magnification. I'm going to try and cross pollinate....wish me luck!
