Yes. At a daffodil show last spring I watched as an exhibitor, who also hybridizes, collected some pollen from some blooms in vases there.

Good luck! Are you also a daffodil collector and do you maybe also exhibit them?

If they have enough energy to produce the pollen in the first place, the pollen should be viable.
