Have 3200 bulbs in ground. Most years we've gotten a bit of rain throughout the spring and I've never given much thought to watering. We're dryer this year. Snow's been gone for about 3 or 4 weeks and the ground is starting to dry and even crack a bit. Temps were 44/25 last week but this week we're hitting 60's during the day and low 30's at night. Most bulbs for April are now 1-3".

We're on our second week of sunshine. Any thoughts on when and how much to water?

The soil might be starting to crack and dry at the surface, but may still be plenty moist underneath. Dig down a little if you can and recheck the moisture.
