hymenocallis leaf tips yellowing. WHY?

I wonder if you can tell me why the leaf tips of my spider Lily are yellowing?

can it be too much water, not enough light, too cold?

it grows in 4ltr pot (clay terracotta) it's a massive bulb, looks like onion and as big as a large one. (I'm unsure of what type of hymenocallis)

(I have two others small bulbs. they are growing perfectly fine in same conditions)

I'm happy to add more details.

I have figured out why it's yellowing, I over watered and it's got bulb rot, but it's stopped yellowing I stopped watering and a new leaf is coming through so I I am going to allow it to grow if it does it dies.

thank you
