Plant ID - Is this a Daffodil?

Moved into a new house with plenty of unknown-to-me flowers. As I'm learning how to garden, I trying to ID all that I have so far. Does anyone recognize this guy? I know it's not the best picture...

Yes, it is a daffodil, though it would be nearly impossible to identify the cultivar and be 100% certain of it. I've been told there are approximately 25,000 different cultivars.

A commonly planted one which looks similar is 'Cheerfulness'.
