Use bulb fertilizer for plant other than bulbs?

I've got some 'Master Nursery' brand 5-10-5 bulb fertilizer, not bothering with bulbs this year. Can other plants benefit from it? I don't want to just toss some around the yard. Would that burn or poison other plants?

I've got a couple tomatoes, jalepeno, rosemary and sage, all in containers. Can they use this kind of food?

Certainly. I personally prefer fertilizers with lower numbers. you are less likely to burn your plants and it is better for the soil and ground water.

I use bulb food on anything: perennials, annuals, vegetables, you name it.
