which way to plant green goddess calla right side up?

Calla (Zantedeschia) aethiopica 'Green Goddess'
I know normally the roots and shoots come out the same side, but these seem to have both roots and shoots everywhere. Which is the upside for planting?

If in doubt on which side is up, plant the bulb on its side.....and let mother nature sort it out......the roots will emerge and the spout will head to the warmth......
Done this with numerous bulbs that are confusing....
