Please Help Identify This Pink Flower

I don't know if I should ask this question here, and if the plant is even growing from a bulb. I've spotted a flower that's rather pretty outside, but I have no idea of what exactly it is.

It's a rose, a shrub. This is the Bulbs forum, so if you need ids in the future you could post them in the Name That Plant Forum which is specifically for getting ids and has a lot of knowledgeable people on it regularly. For Roses in particular there is a Rose Forum.
