Normal "silvering" of the leaves.

Could you help me differentiate between this normal "silvering" of the leaves and powdery mildew? I'm trying to diagnose my zucchini and these are the two possibilities that I've come up with. (which have very different treatments, so it'd be nice to know which is which!) Thanks!
