Calla lilies wilting in pots

KatrinaG(5 IN)August 22, 2005

Help! In the last few days my calla lilies which are in pots have started seriously wilting. And they were doing so well! The ones I have in the ground are doing quite well. What am I doing wrong? Overwatering? Underwatering? I even moved one of the pots into the sun for a couple days to see if that would luck. I've had to put plant stakes into the pots because they have totally fallen over.

I have some in a container and some planted in the ground and they both flop. I think it's just the nature of the plant.

But mine have drooped so badly that the stems are totally bent in half.
