Daughter pulled plant out of the ground

My daughter pulled a plant out of the ground. It is a perennial bulb. She just pulled out the plant but the bulb seems to still be in the ground. Another one she broke off half the plant. Will these bulbs regrow next year?

Most bulbs can tolerate this kind of abuse. Al
