what bulb is this??

no picture at the moment. I just dug up all my daffs ..(last time was 4 years ago)..They multiplied like made and I replanted over 90 of them. I also found some smaller bulbs..smaller than an almond with fuzzy shells. Could they be snow drops? or any one have an idea??? (maybe some kind of tiny early iris?)..thanks Martha/Zucchini

It sounds like they are maybe iris reticulata, like pictured at the link below. Do they look familiar to you?

I think you could be right, chemocurl....I did have a lot of these lovely little iris last season...Now that I know what they are I will plant them where I woul like them..If they turn out to be crocus (which I also had) that would be fine too...If the bulbs are similar it could be both..
