Use gritty bark for 511? What ratio?

I have 4 bags of pine bark that I purchased pre-screened for gritty mix. I don't need any gritty but are short for 5:1:1. Can it be used or will the peat settle out. I have 2 16x18 pots I am going to use for pink blueberries (for my pink obsessed daughter). I was thinking about 2 parts peat to make up for the lack of fines? I have about 20 gallons of 5:1:1 made right now, should I just blend in the screened bark and stick with the regular recipe? Plants are coming Tuesday so please help!

I use the same uncomposted bark for gritty and 5-1-1. It isn't screened, but it doesn't have a lot of fines. I don't add any extra peat. I'm pretty sure there are several highly respected growers here who use uncomposted bark too, and there are some who even screen their bark for the 5-1-1.

Yep, I use the same bark for both mixes, with the only difference being that I screen out the large particles and the fines when mixing Gritty. I screened the bark for a seed-starting 5-1-1 experiment this year, and it worked quite well.
