a question on bulbs

jlaitarOctober 21, 2009

I recently bought some mail order tulip and lilly bulbs and recieved them in the mail a couple days ago. I plan on planting them at my lakehouse in michigan, however it'll be a couple weeks until I can get up there. Do you think they'll be fine in the fridge until then?

I think tulips would be fine, not being refrigerated, just keep them somewhat cool (as in not hot) and dry.

I think lilies are not supposed to dry out, so don't know what to advise there. Hopefully someone else will post more. Possibly suspending them in dormancy in the fridge would be best. You might also try asking at The Lily Forum too.
