confused about pollination....

I know parthenocarpic varieties are those that don't require pollination to set blossoms and fruit.

I thought that if they were pollinated, it wouldn't matter,

and would increase yield.

However I read that if parthenocarpic varieties ARE pollinated, the harvest produced will produce inferior quality produce.

Does that mean they should not be pollinated at all and if they are, it will create problems?

The other problems I'm referring to is if they're pollinated, will it cause blossoms to drop and not set fruit since they've been bred to produce fruit

without being pollinated.

If you should avoid pollinating parthenocrapic varieties would a hoop house be the best way to go? If so, can a hoop house be used with raised beds?
