Left Over Seedlings

perezjuanf(10a)April 29, 2013

I finished planting my seedlings and was wandering if I could plant any of these seedlings in a container.

Cantaloupe, Crimson Red Melons, Sugar Baby Melons, Honey Dew Melons

Absolutely! My son is snipping off a Crimson Sweet that is growing out of the grocery bag to his right. I overcrowded mine a bit. Allow for a minimum of 5 gal per plant, and 10 would be perfect.

What did you do with all the vines?

I let them run along the ground, but you can trellis them and grow vertically.
