Name this bulb

sebastian(8-9)March 18, 2008

I received bulblets in a trade a year or two ago. They are now mature and put up a bloom spike for the first time. The bulb is greenish with no scales. It resembles an onion. I can't tell you what the bloom is like, because I left town just as it was blooming.

Any ideas?

MMMMM! I don't have a clue! Do you have a Agricultural center near you or a local garden club that you could take one to? Either one should be able to help you! Maggie

In you zone, it could be a heck of a lot of things. Is there anything unusual about the foliage? If not do you have access to a camera?
