Joan, It took a couple of months for my seed to germinate, but I soaked them overnight in hot water. Then I dumped the seeds and about 2 oz. water into a ziplock baggie ( sandwich size) 1/2 full of seed starting mix and closed it. i put the baggie in a cold frame and checked it every few days to make sure the was always condensation in the baggie. I had seedlings in about 2 months. Hope this is helpful, Linda
