best time of year to repot Norfolk Pine?

Hello, friends!

What's the best time of year to repot Norfolk Pine? It's an indoor-only plant, but I imagine that seasons still affect affect houseplants.

They won't grow outdoors for you?? They are a tropical plant so generally they can be repotted anytime .
I erred in putting one in the ground and had to remove it in less than two years . Great indoor plant lousy landscape plant lol gary
