Air Potatoes

kizzyseeds(Z7b VA)March 7, 2012

I have these Air Potatoes (Dioscorea oppositifolia) rooting in damp peat moss. They're little taters that grow on each side at the leaf nodes. They fall to the ground and come back here in zone 7b. You can grow them like other yams or morning glories, or even as a vining houseplant.

I'll trade for seeds or plants.
