what's happening here?

about 2 weeks ago the plants of my potato plant started to die or wilt. Anyone have any ideas as to what this is?

Are you sure they are geting enough water? You are right, they are either drying up or wilting. In any event I would get the wilted dead parts out of there.

Could be a disease...I know around these parts the disease the potato farmers had devastated their crop and it looked just like that.

Hopefully I am wrong and it's just as easy as a better mix or watering right.
