i didn't dig up my collard green and it seem like they r coming back. can i let them in or such i dig them up. well they be safe to eat?.

Safe, yes. May lose some flavor as they begin to bolt (go to seed)

wintered over greens are the best! Eat them now before they bolt (or after they bolt -- pak choy, arugula and cabbage are all great even when bolted, so maybe collards will be as well)
