My (mostly) SWC garden

Azinine(7b)May 22, 2012

Hi folks,

Long time lurker, infrequent poster. Just thought I would share a few pictures of my current garden. "Mostly" SWC...

This is my first pic of the garden; taken approximately one month ago. At this point, everything has been planted for three weeks. All of the bucket SWCs have pepper plants of different varieties. The bigger totes contain my okra. The raised bed has 4 different tomatoes, 2 Habaneros and a couple of okra seedlings that aren't very visible. The 3 pots in the back also have okra in them (I love okra). The okra was planted by seed. Everything else seedlings.

One month later. Nice progress I suppose.

Now onto the SWC specific stuff. Here is my okra, Clemson Spineless...

My row of peppers. In no particular order: 1 thai hot pepper, 1 bell pepper, 1 sweet banana, 1 jalapeno, 2 habanero, 1 poblano, 1 cayenne

The okra in the pots. Notice how much better they are doing in the SWCs...

One more...

That's it for now! I'm excited! I'll keep it updated through the season if there is any interest.
