Is it too late for Cucumbers?

dsi411July 17, 2013

Is it too late to start cucumbers from seeds? It is a Picklebush cucumber and it says it takes 52 days to maturity not including the germination time. I live in Southern California in zone 9b. I am going to put it into a city pickers self watering container.

IMO not too late. Go for it. Funny, there is a thread over on the veggie forum on the same thing. You should have plenty of time. I started some 2 weeks ago.
