does anyone have any chinkapin oak tree saplings? preferrably from a very southern region like south texas, etc. I'd like to try it in the Phoenix area (hot). New to this forum, so let me know what I can provide in exchange. Thanks.
You can buy one for 3 bucks at Reeseville Ridge Nursery.

My chinquipin oaks are loaded with acorns this year. You could grow your own.
Some of the ones here are old and quite impressive how the grow right on top of rock and live through extreme drought. It dosen't seem possible.
Let me know. I can gather some. - Jim
