Help!!! I have hundreds of MOT babies that I desperately need to get rid of. I'm will to send 25 or so in a plastic bag to you for seeds. Yes these are not the little plantlets you pull off the leaves, they actually have leaves. Please help me get rid of them before winter because I have no where to put them. Send me an email. Thanks, Joel.

FYI My gramma always called them Mother of Millions. They are native to Australia and are considered extra invasive. Once you see their growth pattern you can understand that easily enough. In zone 5 they are strictly a house plant. The ones I have have toothed leaves (succulent type) and at every indent is a new plant complete with leaves and tiny roots. If yours is different, I'll trade you a few - or a truck load - And I'd be happy to send some to whom ever wants a start.

Just wondering if Mother of a 1000 babies is the same as hens and chicks?

No, it is actually a Kalanchoe daigremontiana, a tender succulent...see link below. It also has other 'common' names.

Here is a link that might be useful: DEVIL'S BACKBONE - Kalanchoe daigremontiana
