what to do with pest eaten plant?

CelbriseSeptember 25, 2012

i have a bell pepper seedling which is getting attacked by w.e. pest maybe roaches or idk. it's getting eaten and today i noticed it's stem was nibbled on. im surprised it's still standing. i was wondering since it looks like it's in bad condition but it isn't even wilting yet should i leave it and grow it or is it okay to say to tear it out

Tear it out and at the same time tell those bugs or animals to find another plant to pick on.
