any suggestions?

I just attacked my hedges in front on my porch. I trimmed them about 3 and a half feet off the bottom (they sorta look like a mushroom now.."L"). There are two on the side and one in the front. I'm trying to figure out what will grow under them. It would get morning sun but not alot of water unless I water whatever I plant...any ideas??

yepper...that's correct. These bushes were so fat and bushy that they looked like they were eating the porch! They look alot better now. Of course, under the one bush are river stone...Surprise!.."sigh" I think they're mutilplying in the dark.

I like the creeping flox idea..."pondering"
