I think I have Mealybugs in my Tomatoes i was told to spray then with Vinegar and water others told me dish washing liquid.
please let me know if this is correct here are some pictures of the disease tomato leaves

I don't see any mealybugs. They would be underneath the leaves. They look like tiny patches of white cotton or like white bugs. That looks like sunburn or water on the leaves when the sun was on them.

Mealybugs would be very unusual on tomatoes.

do you have any images of the fuzzy stuff?
