Hatching Duck Eggs

We are hatching duck eggs and I am having a hard time trying to figure out how much water to put in the incubator. It says to keep the humidity level at 86% at first and then increase it to 94% for the last 3 days, but I don't how to measure it. Any suggestions??

What kind of incubator do you have? Mine has a two section tray on the bottom for the water. I fill the inner section to start with and then fill both sections for the last three days.
