Pretty Little No-Name Hosta

Joyce(Zone 7b LI, NY)September 28, 2005

I bought this wholesale through one of our suppliers because they couldn't find a tag...didn't know what kind it was...I just liked the wavy-edged very heavy, almost succulent foliage.

Planted it this spring as a 4" pot, finally blooming this week.

The foliage/rosette is about 12-14" wide.

Pretty, isn't it? :)

I don't like the blooms on any of the Hostas we have, but if I had one like yours I'd love it. That's so pretty.

A lot of hostas have really drab lavendar blooms, but these are much better.

beautiful blooms! I love the star shape, and the striping, the leaves are cool too. CJ
