i am going to say i am sorry right off the bat, i need an ID but have no way of posting a picture, i have been going through the gallery and cant find it but i know i have seen it before. the place it came from calls it a florida beauty (sp) and list it as a shrub, but also as house plant, confusing. largish dark green leaves with tons of white dots, thin stems. look very delicate. i know where there is a pic on line where it came from, but dont know if i can post that here, thanks for any small bit of help

Yes, that's what I would say too. Some sources indicate the species is now called surculosa. AFAIK, this is the only Dracaena with cataphylls.
