Bell pepper bug

andre_nhoAugust 21, 2012

my name is André and this is my first posting to these foruns. I have a small garden, and I have a bell pepper plant infested with the insects you can see in the image. Besides the insects, it also seems to have "eggs" that look like this:

I couldn't find any similar insects when I look the internet for common bell pepper bugs. Can you recognize this bug? What can I do to get rid of it?

The "eggs" aren't eggs at all. Instead a serious infestation of scale.

Don't recognize the other 2 things.
