I thought # 2 was a false arailia, but I was confused by the variegation, I have never seen them variegated before, I also thought # 3 was a croton, but again not shure

#2 IS a False Aralia, a variegated Dizzygotheca elegantissima,

#3 is definitely a Croton of some kind.

I stand by the name & ID, the only site I see calling it Schefflera is Wikipedia. As I've suggested before Wikipedia is NOT a reliable site.

When I see the name change at a REPUTABLE Ag Univ. or nursery site, then I'll change my position.
