Heart-leaf philodendron

I put this plant outside a few weeks ago. The leaves started to turn orange but really haven't started to fall off. Do you think it is getting too much sun or is something else causing this to happen?

Yes I would say that it is getting too much sun. Move it to a shadier spot and it should grow new leaves to replace the burned ones(which will drop off so don't be alarmed if they do). :)

Yes, I agree, that's sunburn. These plants can be gradually adjusted to some direct sun, but it takes so long, I rarely bother.
