Black bugs under leave

Lately I found black bugs growing under my leaves and ants all over these bugs. I can't find out what r they. How to get rid of it. Please help

I'm thinking aphids, and ants love to farm aphids. You should blast them off with a hose or even just wipe them off with a wet rag or if you really want to, you could buy a poison to spray on them, theirs many kinds to choose from. I'm sure more people on here will come along with more solutions on how to get rid of them. Heck, even find some ladybugs and let them eat the aphids, but that might take too long...
