I don't have many ideas but have some hanging in my garage on the paneling! People always want to buy them at my yard sales, they aren't for sale! You might paint a few in fun colors & tell people they are great for storing basketballs, beach balls, tennis balls & rackets, rags, could even put them sideways & store boots & winter items in entry. Depends on how heavy they are also how much weight they could take. Jan

I think bushel baskets look like an autumn item. I love to find them and then add a pot of mums for diplay on the porch. I would leave them just natural, but if you have a bunch I think painting them fun colors may sell better for the spring craft sale.

bushel baskets make great lamp shades. You can paint a design on them, stain them or just leave them as they are. I have seen hanging lamps and table lamps with BB as shades. If you have a tall freestanding lamp that would work also.

Since you are doing a spring craft show - maybe you could decorate some in an easter basket theme. Spring flowers, bunnies, eggs, etc.

I think some people like to 'plant' in them ... if you could line them w/plastic somehow ...great for storing bulbs (that's what I use them for) ... but could be painted on ...a cute garden saying! Jeanne S.
