Small flies in soil of money tree

The flies are tiny and they seem to be living in the soil. There are only three or four of them. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

It's probably fungus gnats...from overwatering or soil is too wet.

I agree with gobluedjm. I use Safer Insecticidal Spray.
