I had a light frost this morning. First of the year! Do I need to remove my tomatoes now that are green or turning red?

If it appears that the plant suffered from the frost then, yes I would remove what you can now. It isn't going to get any better.

The end of my pumpkin vine suffered, as well as the Cucumber vines partially. The end of the Pumpkin vine suffered, but not where the fruit is.

I wouldn't worry too much about the pumpkins. They're fine even if the vine dies.
The tomatoes will ripen in the garage, layered in newspaper, but won't survive much more than a light frost. If they survived, you can cover them with a sheet or something at night.
Good luck and good gardening! Nancy

Not everyone knows the simple trick to save plants that have frosted during the night. Wake up early and if you see frozen leaves, thaw them by sprinkling with water from a hose. It doesn't take much water to melt the frost. As long as you do this before the sun hits the plants, you are going to save the plant as good as it was before the frost.
