Very pretty. Yes please share how you made the leaves and how they are standing. Great job!
Those are so cute. And so colorful. Great job on them.
These are definitely some of the prettiest plate flowers I've seen. Great job. :)
Beautiful work! Love them! Jan
Love the plates and would love how you made the leaves and the standing device used.
Very pretty, love those plates!
Gorgeous colors! And like everyone else, I want to learn who you made the pretty leaves.
I am selling these at a local ice cream parlor so they are in a temporary stand for sale. It's just an upside down milk crate screwed to a large chunk of wood. Then I drilled holes in the wood to set the stems down into. So they go thru a hole in the crate and then down into a hole in the wood to be stable. =)
The leaves are cut from a sheet of copper. I just drew a leaf shape (skinny on both ends for ease of attachment to the stem)on the copper and hand cut them with tin snips. Then I predrilled both the leaves and the stems and attached them with "zip" screws. You can bend them easily to whatever kind of curves you like.
I am really loving these projects!!!
Love the copper stems & leaves...looks great! Jeanne S.
Thanks for the info on the leaves. They really do add something to the flowers. Good luck on your sales!
Beautiful! I love the leaves. Are they not sharp?
Did you paint the back plates, on the back side?
An ice cream parlor - how perfect!
LOVE LOVE them!
I'm in Michigan, too= can you tell me where the ice cream parlor is? maybe I can visit and ooh and aah over them in person??
