grass seed

ugabulldogMarch 20, 2014

I am about to (march/apr in North Ga) re-grade part of my lawn and will seed with fescue, what is a good fast growing seed I can use to help with erosion until fescue is established (doesn't need to be golf course lawn, this is out in the country)? thanks

Ryegrass or wheatgrass is what you're looking for. Those should germinate in a week. Fescue germinates in 2 weeks.
