I hope this picture makes it. If so, my first GJ chairback as trellis. Testing...
Truly awesome! That's an excellent first attempt, looks like a seasoned GJ'er to me.
I am putting a chair back on my list of stuff I "need."
If you are on facebook, you should post that to Flea Market Gardening too.
Thank you. I will find that page. :)
Wow! Fancy chairback & going to be very neat trellis! Way to go!! Jan
Very good! I like it!
Welcome alaMel! & I agree w/the others...great look & great idea! TFS! Jeanne S.
I like it too!
Thanks all! My eyes are opened and I've seen the light. Lol can't wait to find the next piece. Does my split wine barrel count? That thing stunk up my van for two days! Haha
That's SO COOL!!!!!!!!!
Welcome! You sure found a gorgeous chair back for a trellis. Its wonderful.
Now lets see what you do with that stinky half wine barrel.
You definitely found the right place joining us here.
What a good idea! Chair \backs are sometimes rounded and would be good for large pots too. Ah anothe rthing to look for!
What a great trellis! Why didn't I think of that? I love the chair back design too! Welcome to the GJ forum...glad you posted and I look forward to seeing more of your creations.
For your first attempt I'd say you made a home run. That looks fantastic. Now I'll be eyeing chairs to see how hard it would be to remove the backs. :)
Welcome to GJ. I look forward to more of your ideas/creations.
K-wine barrel is posted. I actually did that a few weeks ago, but didn't think it was GJ, just a cute planter. But being it IS recycled, I suppose it qualifies. Sure wouldn't have minded a glass of that sweet smelling red that was in it. LOL I bet my plants feel FANTASTIC! ROFL
