Standing water issue

GardenAl(7)March 29, 2013

We have a problem with some uneven spots in our yard that becomes a bigger issue after a lot of rain. I'm attaching a picture from the yard after last week's downpour.

I've had some major work done on field line installation last year and this section is a result of that. I know that the only solution is to bring in dirt and work on leveling it out, but I wanted to get advice on the best way to do this.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Picture didn't come through. Where do you live? Does the rest of your yard seem to drain or does the water percolated down alright?
