Removing whole lawn

oneshotvethJune 9, 2013

I have an 18 X 18 foot area of lawn I want to turn into a knot garden. What's the easiest way to remove it and make sure it doesn't come back?

Thanks in advance

Where do you live and what kind of lawn do you have?

I live in northeastern Massachusetts, and it's really clover and weeds, with some blades of grass mixed in.
