Vultures

tinfoilhatOctober 29, 2010

The economy around the pond is so dismal I made the vulture on left. He didn't have that doom and gloom look I was going for so I made him a mate and now he has that state of depression I was looking for.

Perched on the Taco Shack waiting for dinner bell to ring.

Made from shovel, pipe sling hook, rebar, nails, and misc. cotton picker parts.

I made that dinner bell over 35 years ago.

These are absolutely great! LOVE them! But, I don't think they look depressed...they look hungry and like they're waiting for just the right meal to come along! Very cool!

Thanks for the vultures and your humor! Quite funny and creative. Again, makes me think of learning how to weld
(or could I get my husband to put together parts for me..then he'd look like this poor vulture guy.)

Very clever! They have pills for depression these days... oh,yeah, nobody can afford them, guess he will have to wait for something better to come along. Maybe they will scare away rodents & other critters like snakes! Might bring in some business as some folks might want to know "who hatched them out"! Jan
