6 speed spicer transaxle pulley question

scgreenthumb1987(8)July 15, 2014

Would anyone know where I can find a smaller pulley for a 6 speed spicer? Probably 2-3 inch.
Yall know what I'm doing ;-). Already broke out the welder and stiffened the frame. Got a buddy with a 30mph John deer that needs some competition. I'm using a 1993 model murray. 14.5 hp ohv briggs. I've also modified the transaxle to shift on the fly easily and put a 30 lb lead weight in the front. Probably going to need wheelie bars but I'll find that out when I can find the pulleys. Oh, rules state it must cut grass as well.

Also, ideas on brakes? I'm not overly comfortable with his set up of just shut the motor off to stop. ...
