What kind of Tree?

smittytrees813February 23, 2014

I am having a hard time identifying this one. It looks like a couple different kinds, but I couldn't find a leaf that was 100% for sure from this tree. It is 8 ft in circumference, has a canopy of about 62 ft, and is approx. 80 ft tall. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm thinking Northern Red Oak (Quercus rubra)
