Looks like Strawberry Guava, in which case the fruit should turn red when ripe

Thanks. Do you know about how much longer it would take for the fruit to ripen?

There are several varieties Usually the red fruit is called strawberry while the yellow is called pineapplelol Mine produces in winter. The fruit is good but tiny mostly seed.
Often tend to rot before ripening . BUGS love them so be careful when taking a bite lol gary
