Help please to identify this Pot Plant

popmorgangdMarch 16, 2013

This plant has lived in a pot in our kitchen for many years - but without a name. As per the photo the tops of the leaves are green and the underside has a red pattern. Recently it produced a small white flower with a yellow centre.
Hoping someone can help.

No, it's not shamrock, despite tomorrow's date :)

Exact same plant is also sitting in my kitchen - very easy and long suffering.

Here is a link that might be useful: Tiger Paws Begonia
