Is this a Rudbeckia?

I presumed that this is a type of Rudbeckia, but can anyone confirm, or knows which one. I can say that it is a perennial.

saltcedar: I didn't think of Helianthus, you could be right. Thanks for that one.

Look at the leaves etc.

'Lemon Queen' is one I am growing and it does resemble the one shown here.

I would second H microcephalus Lemon Queen also. Great plant, spreads slowly and mine kept its stalks all winter ( with no snow) without flopping.
